Qurban Initiative in Gaza: Sharing Joy on Eid Al-Adha

We are pleased to provide an update on one of our ongoing humanitarian efforts in Gaza, where we have worked tirelessly to bring relief and support to those in need.

Qurban Initiative (2021–2023)

Over the past three years, we have successfully organized the purchase of sheep and cows for the annual sacrificial event, Qurban, held during Hari Raya Haji or Eidul Adha. This initiative has been made possible through the generosity of our donors and the unwavering commitment of our team.

Through this effort, we have aimed to bring the spirit of Eidul Adha to families in Gaza, ensuring that they partake in the celebrations with dignity and joy. The Qurban initiative not only fulfills a significant religious obligation but also provides a much-needed source of sustenance to the local community, many of whom face daily challenges in meeting their basic needs.

Key Achievements:

  • 2021, 2022, and 2023: Animals were purchased, sacrificed, and distributed to families in need, ensuring that hundreds of households received fresh meat for Eid.
  • The program has consistently reached some of the most vulnerable groups in Gaza, including widows, orphans, and underprivileged families.

We remain committed to continuing such humanitarian efforts and are grateful for the ongoing support that makes these initiatives possible. Together, we can bring hope and sustenance to those who need it most.
